Welcome to Kitten’s Page. I am Kitten and it is my pleasure and honor to have you stop by and visit this page and site.

I Hope that you are a fan of poetry, or are at least curious about it. (If you are here ONLY because I “asked” you to check it out, all the better!!!)… BUT---since you are here---DO have a look around and let me know what you think).   I’ve only really explored poetry in depth the past two years. Each new discovery has brought me great joy and I have fallen in Love with many wonderful poets.

Some of my favorites are William Shakespeare, John Keats, Elizabeth Barrett and Robert Browning, William Blake, Emily Dickinson, Robert Frost, Edgar Allan Poe and Rudyard Kipling . My VERY favorite is JWS . ~Smiles lovingly, gratefully and sincerely~

He has written over a hundred poems and at last count he has penned for me personally more than fifty. (He is presently writing his book Saga) If “all” that happened as a result of his introducing me to poetry were my discovery of the classics, this would be more than enough. However, that is just the beginning. Sharing himself with me through his poetry, has been the true gift of this experience, and the bonus is that I have been presented with precious gifts--- ”Kitten’s Poems", some of which I am happy to share with you here.

His beautiful , moving words have touched me in ways to many to explain here and now. Let me just say I admire his talent, and more than, that I admire him and I thank him again for writing for me. These “gifts” are unique, irreplaceable, moving and treasured.

This page was inspired by my Love of these precious “poem gifts” and my desire to enjoy them and share them and show tribute to the gentle man who wrote them, JWS.
